Primexis was a partner of the 16th edition of Convergence – The 2026 Strategy & Finance Summit (previously The Leaders in Finance Summit). This highly anticipated event took place on May 28, 2026, at the Pavillon d’Armenonville in Paris, France and brought together more than 700 financial professionals, including CFOs, business directors, and players from the financing and consulting sectors.
A day dedicated to strategy and finance
The Convergence event put the spotlight on the central role of financial departments in strategic decision-making, investments, and technological transformations. The summit brought together managing directors, CFOs, investment banks, consulting firms, and technology companies around a common goal: connect strategy with action.
This 16th edition highlighted the key relationship between the CEO and the CFO, who are the true driving force behind corporate management. Together, they combine strategic vision and financial expertise to support major transformations, such as growth, restructuring, digitalization, and shifts in business models.
With 55 speakers, the conferences and roundtables offered both future-oriented and pragmatic insights, addressing companies’ goals for growth and transformation. In addition to enriching content, CONVERGENCE provided an ideal setting for networking where finance professional could stay informed, discuss best practices and trends, identify new opportunities, and expand their networks.
Fintech Show: innovation in finance
The Fintech Show gave attendee the opportunity to discover the best technological solutions to support companies’ financial performance and digital transformation. The event highlighted how innovation can support the strategy and operational efficiency of finance departments.
2026 Leaders in Finance Awards
The day ended with a gala dinner and the presentation of 28 Leaders in Finance Awards, recognizing outstanding initiatives and individuals in finance departments, investment banks, and players in the financing sector.
Sébastien Courbe, Managing Director at Primexis, sat on the jury this year and presented the award in the “Finance Management – Consolidation” category, which recognizes the performance and reliability of a finance department in managing its accounts.
