Eric Auclair

Partner in Banking, Insurance & Advisory, and Chief Executive Officer of our subsidiary MLAdvisory

With over 30 years of experience in the banking sector, Eric advises financial institutions on their transformation, regulatory compliance, financial management, and risk management priorities.

A specialist in Finance, Risk, and Operations, he leads strategic programmes covering BCBS 239, data governance, regulatory production, and prudential reporting. Throughout his career, he has managed international teams, delivered large-scale transformation programmes, and built several departments dedicated to Product Control and regulatory reporting. This experience has given him a broad, cross-functional perspective on the key challenges facing financial institutions.

Benoît Barthélémy

Partner Banking-Insurance-Consulting

Benoît Barthélemy has 12 years of experience in the field of audit and insurance consulting. His interest in the Insurance sector, particularly its statistical and societal aspects, became clear from his earliest professional experiences.

His assignments have led him to work with a wide range of clients, from traditional insurers to brokers, as well as mutual insurance companies and social protection groups. His experience has enabled him to gain multi-standard expertise in both Life and Non-Life insurance, covering business, actuarial, and financial aspects.

In addition to his technical expertise, Benoît has also taken on responsibilities in human resource management. He has contributed to developing and building teams, while ensuring the well-being and professional growth of his colleagues.

Julien Beaucé

Director, Corporate & Fund Services

Holding a Higher Diploma in Accounting and Management (DSCG), Julien Beaucé has been supporting investment funds for the past 10 years in structuring and organising their finance functions.

He is involved throughout the entire investment lifecycle, from initial structuring to acquisition and disposal transactions, as well as in enhancing the reliability of Net Asset Value (NAV), intragroup financing, and carried interest and waterfall mechanisms. He has recognised expertise in multi-country and multi-GAAP environments.

Matthieu Brongniart

Partner Consolidation & Reporting

Matthieu Brongniart is a Chartered Accountant and joined Primexis in 1998 in the Accounting and Financial Assistance department before moving to the Group Consolidation and Reporting department in 2006. He began his career at Caderas Martin in 1995 in their Financial Audit department. Appointed Director of the Outsourcing department in 2013, Matthieu is a specialist in assignments assisting in the preparation of consolidated accounts.

He is in charge of a portfolio of outsourcing projects for the consolidation function under IFRS standards and using the SAP BFC tool. As an IFRS expert, he also assists with assignments related to business combination operations. He is also a trainer at Francis Lefebvre Formation on the subject of business combinations.

Jack Capps

Partner Real Estate

Jack Capps is a Chartered Accountant and assists French and international real estate investment funds throughout the investment cycle: acquisition, operation, realization and portfolio arbitrage. Jack has extensive knowledge of specialized vehicles such as OPCIs, SIICs, and other FIAs.

Olivier Carlier

Partner Consolidation & Reporting

Olivier Carlier joined Primexis in 2006 as part of the Outsourcing service line of the Consolidation-Reporting-Controlling department to manage a client portfolio of large, listed and mid-market groups. Prior to joining Primexis, Olivier held the position of Head of Consolidation and Group Accounting at Grévin & Cie, after having held several senior positions for 10 years in the finance department of the Vossloh Cogifer group.

Olivier was appointed director of the CRC department in 2013. He specializes in the preparation of consolidated accounts in accordance with IFRS standards for listed groups in various sectors of activity, particularly real estate. As an IFRS expert, he regularly works on consulting assignments related to business combination operations. Olivier is also a trainer at Francis Lefebvre Formation and for the master’s in Consolidation under IFRS standards at the University of Paris Dauphine.

Eric Chenailler

Partner International Business Services

Eric Chenailler is a Chartered Accountant and joined Primexis in 1988. Within the International Business Services department, he carries out numerous assignments, first in the field of social accounting and then in the field of consolidation and international accounting standards (IFRS and US GAAP). He primarily works with large French listed groups, in particular as an accounting director or consolidation manager, as well as on projects to implement new IFRS standards or integrated software for managing financial transactions.

Eric joined the International Business Services department in 2010 where he has developed accounting outsourcing assignments, mainly for non-core business subsidiaries, but often consolidated, and for listed French groups, both in industrial and banking sectors (holding companies, SPV portfolio, run-off activity, etc.). In this respect, he has developed skills in the field of asset financing.

Sébastien Courbe

Managing Director

A qualified chartered accountant and graduate of EDC Paris Business School, Sébastien joined Primexis in 1995. He has specialised in consolidation since 1998 and was appointed Partner in charge of the Group Consolidation and Reporting practice in 2005. In 2013, he became Managing Director and joined the Management Committee.

Sébastien is a member of the Executive Committee and brings extensive experience in consolidation, group reporting, and the management of complex finance functions.

Anthony Digoy

Director, Accounting & Financial Assistance

A Certified Public Accountant, Anthony Digoy works with the Finance departments of French and international groups. He supports his clients in structuring and optimising their accounting and finance functions, adopting a hands-on approach tailored to their organisational, performance, and financial reporting reliability challenges.

He is particularly involved in operational advisory assignments, process improvement initiatives, the optimisation of financial closing processes, and the enhancement of the reliability of financial data. He also supports finance information systems transformation projects, ensuring alignment with business requirements and organisational changes.

Robert Filser

Partner Banking-Insurance-Consulting

A graduate of Paris Dauphine University, where he completed a postgraduate degree in Organisational Sciences and Innovation, Robert Filser advises the finance functions of banking groups, drawing on extensive experience gained both within bank finance departments and finance transformation programmes, as well as in consulting.

He leads the Operational Consulting teams on transformation initiatives driven by regulatory developments, the data quality required to support AI use cases and projects, and increasingly demanding management and reporting requirements.

Alexis Gasto

Partner, Head of Accounting Services (International Business Services and Real Estate)

A Certified Public Accountant, Alexis advises investment funds and subsidiaries of international groups on establishing and developing their operations in France. His broad expertise spans accounting, tax and reporting matters, and he works with an international client base across the Private Equity, Real Estate & Hospitality, and Services sectors.

He advises clients on complex matters including the implementation and day-to-day management of outsourced accounting platforms (Finance BPO), reorganisations and restructurings related to acquisitions or spin-offs, as well as initiatives aimed at improving the reliability and efficiency of accounting production processes and related procedures.

Alexis also has recognised expertise in the valuation of real estate companies for transaction and financial reporting purposes, particularly under EPRA and INREV standards. He also has extensive experience with specialised investment vehicles such as OPCIs, SIICs and other Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs).

In 2026, Alexis joined the Executive Committee and took responsibility for the firm’s accounting services activities.

Olivier Gentile

Partner, Head of the Consolidation & Reporting and Group Information Systems Departments

Holding a Master’s degree in Finance and Management from EDHEC Business School, Olivier Gentile joined the firm in 2005 to develop its expertise in the implementation of Group Information Systems, with a particular focus on Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions.

Olivier was appointed Partner in 2016 to lead a team of consultants specialising in systems integration, application maintenance, and support for EPM projects within large organisations. In 2026, he was appointed Head of the Consolidation & Reporting and Group Information Systems departments.

Chrystelle Héberlé

Partner, Head of Management Control and Accounting & Financial Assistance

A Certified Public Accountant, holder of a postgraduate degree (DESS) in Strategy, Planning and Corporate Control from Paris Dauphine University (Master 202), as well as a Master’s degree in Accounting and Financial Sciences (MSTCF) from Paris XII University, Chrystelle Héberlé joined Primexis in 1996.

She worked across several departments within the firm before taking over as Head of the Management Control department and being appointed Partner in 2017. Today, Chrystelle leads the Management Control and Accounting & Financial Assistance departments. She supports Finance departments in addressing their performance management, accounting production, and organisational challenges.

Guillaume Hubert

Partner Controlling & Performance Management

Guillaume Hubert holds a master’s degree in Corporate and Market Finance and started his career in major companies before joining Primexis in 2014 to carry out controlling assignments in various sectors of activity. He mainly assists financial departments in performance management and operational consulting. He has an in-depth knowledge of Reporting and Cash Management.

Samuel Johan

Director Consolidation & Reporting

Samuel Johan holds a master’s degree from ESCEM School of Business and Management and started his career at Primexis in 2012 where he has steadily taken on more responsibility within the Consolidation and Reporting department. He assists major French and international groups and mid-market companies in every sector of activity, in particular, in managing their outsourcing projects. He also carries out consulting assignments on structuring operations, LBOs, and implementing IFRS standards.

Mélanie Lahoud

Partner Corporate & Fund Services

Mélanie Lahoud is an ICAEW Chartered Accountant and holds a Master’s degree from emlyon business school. She has over 15 years of experience supporting multinational groups.

She works with both French and international companies on accounting and financial management assignments, as well as on structuring and optimizing finance functions. She provides her expertise on complex organizational issues within international and multi-site organizations.

Gaétan Lemaître

Partner Payroll & HRIS

Partner in Payroll & HRIS at Primexis and holder of a Master’s degree in Human Resources, Gaëtan Lemaître supports HR and Payroll departments in their transformation, risk management, and performance projects.

His expertise spans the definition and evolution of Payroll & HR operating models, outsourcing, process optimization, audits and diagnostics, as well as the selection and deployment of HRIS solutions.
He also works on organizational, governance, and transformation challenges within Payroll & HR functions in complex and evolving environments.
His approach combines domain expertise, organization, and technology to help companies secure their operations, enhance efficiency, and achieve sustainable growth for their Payroll & HR functions.

Jean-Christophe Lemière

Managing Director

He joined Primexis in 1995 and specialised in supporting Finance and Accounting departments. He became a Partner in the Consolidation and Group Reporting department in 2006.

In 2010, Jean-Christophe took over as Head of the Banking, Insurance & Advisory department, followed by the Accounting and Financial Assistance department. Since 2013, he has served as Chief Executive Officer and member of the Executive Committee.

Guillaume Levrat

Partner Accounting & Financial Assistance

Guillaume Levrat is a Chartered Accountant and holder of a master’s in Accounting, Control, and Audit from IAE Grenoble. He joined Primexis in 2023. With 20 years of experience, he possesses strong expertise in supporting Finance and Accounting departments for both national and international clients.

Guillaume’s areas of expertise include accounting and tax outsourcing, operational support, and project management.

Katia Panaget

Director Consolidation & Reporting

Katia Panaget holds a Master’s degree in Audit, Management Control and Accounting and has extensive experience in consolidation, gained both within a major French cooperative group and at Primexis, where she has worked since 2015.

She trains and supervises consultants specialising in consolidation, who support both outsourced consolidation functions and operational assignments for national and international groups, including mid-sized companies and listed groups.

Katia has also developed strong sector expertise in real estate, particularly in property development and real estate investment companies.

Matthew Parry

Partner Group Information Systems

Matthew Parry holds a master’s in Financial Management and an MBA from IAE Aix en Provence and joined the Group Information Systems department in 2014 as a Director. After starting his career in the Consolidation and Reporting departments of the Big Four, he then joined a specialist consulting firm working on integrating consolidation and reporting systems in order to develop his software expertise, whether related to implementation or project management assistance.

A specialist in change management for transformation projects related to the finance function of international environments, Matthew assists Accounting and Finance departments within the context of implementing systems, producing financial information, reviewing processes, and helping to bring internal controls and system audits into compliance.

Nadège Raviart Meunier 

Partner Group Information Systems

Nadège Raviart Meunier holds a master’s degree from SKEMA Business School and joined Primexis in 2012 as a Manager. She began her career in the subsidiary of a major French insurance group. After a stint in a consulting firm, she continued her career in a French CAC 40 multinational as a functional administrator. Nadège then joined Primexis and was responsible for implementing and maintaining the statutory and regulatory consolidation tool for a major French bank. 

As Partner of the Group Information Systems department, Nadège specializes in integrating SAP EPM tools and project management, mainly in the Banking and Insurance sectors.

Olivier Touchard

Chairman

A Certified Public Accountant and graduate of the IAE of Poitiers, Olivier joined Primexis in 1988. He founded the Consolidation department, became a Partner in 1998, Chief Executive Officer in 2002, and Chairman in 2007.

He is also a member of the European Governance Committee of LEA Global, an international association of independent accounting and advisory firms.

Daniel Wickers

Partner Real Estate

Daniel Wickers holds a master’s in Accounting and Finance and began his career at Primexis in 1996 in the Accounting department.

He leads a team of 50 professionals and contributes to the development of the department’s activities, particularly for French and international real estate investment funds. A recognised specialist in the real estate sector, he regularly advises clients on specific and complex real estate transactions.

Daniel also takes part each year in major industry events, including MIPIM and SIMI, which bring together leading players from across the real estate sector. Of French-British background, he is also one of Primexis’ lead partners within the LEA Global international network, helping address the needs of international groups.
