Alexis Gasto appointed Co-Chair
of ULI France’s NEXT Group
Alexis Gasto, Partner and Head of Accounting Advisory at Primexis, has been appointed Co-Chair of ULI France NEXT group, a leading network for real estate professionals. This appointment marks a new milestone in his involvement within the network and strengthens Primexis’ presence across the real estate ecosystem.
ULI France: a network at the heart of real estate issues
The Urban Land Institute (ULI) is a leading global network of professionals across real estate, investment, planning, and urban development.
Within ULI France, the NEXT group brings together experienced industry professionals aged 35 to 45. It fosters peer-to-peer discussions, knowledge sharing, and debate on the major shifts shaping real estate and cities.
Through its meetings, working groups, and events, NEXT builds bridges across industry disciplines and helps support a new generation of professionals in their career growth.
A stronger commitment to the real estate ecosystem
Having been involved with ULI France for several years, Alexis Gasto joined the NEXT Group Board in 2022, contributing to network initiatives and fostering discussions among its members.
His appointment as Co-Chair marks a new chapter in his involvement with ULI France. Working alongside Dimitri Maillard and members of the new Board, he will help lead the community and shape the 2026–2027 NEXT program.
This role also reflects Primexis’ ongoing commitment to key real estate players. The firm supports finance departments, investors, funds, and real estate companies with their accounting, financial, tax, and regulatory challenges, while actively contributing to discussions surrounding industry developments.
