Primexis participates in the 4th edition of Working With Friends,
LEA Global’s European exchange program
From September 14 to 25, 2026, Primexis participated in the 4th edition of Working With Friends, LEA Global’s European exchange program, the 4th largest global association of independent accounting, audit and consulting firms, of which Primexis has been a member since 2009.
This year, Albane Le Hen, Real Estate Consultant, represented Primexis in Nijmegen, the Netherlands, where she was welcomed by the partner firm BOL International for 2 weeks of exchanging and sharing professional practices with participants from different European countries.
A professional and intercultural experience within the LEA Global network
Created in 2023, the Working With Friends program enables employees of LEA Global member firms to work and exchange with their European counterparts in a professional environment different from their own.
The program for this 2026 edition included meetings with the BOL International teams, discussions on professional practices and collaborative sessions between participants. It was an opportunity to discover different professional approaches, share experiences and learn from each other’s practices.
After the first edition was organised in London in 2023 by HW Fisher, Primexis hosted the participants in Paris in October 2024, bringing together young professionals from eight European countries. In 2025, the program continued in Munich, at Peters, Schönberger & Partner, before moving to the Netherlands in 2026.
This regular participation reflects Primexis’ commitment to providing its employees with international professional development opportunities and to actively contributing to LEA Global’s initiatives.
LEA Global, an international network fostering collaboration
As the first French independent firm to join LEA Global in 2009, Primexis leverages this international association to foster knowledge sharing, develop collaboration among professionals and support companies in their international projects, drawing on the expertise of local partners in numerous countries.
« Participating in the Working With Friends program is a highly enriching experience, both professionally and personally. Discovering another firm, its practices and its cultural environment provides an opportunity to gain perspective on one’s own working methods and draw inspiration from new approaches. »
