Train, Support, and Help Grow:
Primexis’ Approach to Training
At Primexis, skills development is at the center of the firm’s culture.
To support employees throughout their careers, we offer a structured training catalog adapted to each employee’s needs and goals.
To learn more, we spoke to our training supervisor.
Can you introduce yourself and explain your role at Primexis?
I am the training supervisor at Primexis. My role is to design and manage all the firm’s training programs.
In concrete terms, I support our employees in developing their skills throughout their professional development: from their integration through to management-level roles.
The goal is simple: empower everyone to grow, expand their expertise, and build a career path adapted to their needs.
Why is training so important at Primexis?
Training is an essential pillar of our HR policy.
In our industry, learning never stops. Standards evolve, clients’ expectations change, and the skills required become more diverse.
At Primexis, we therefore consider training as a key tool in professional development.
We have built a process that allows us to support our employees at every stage of their careers, considering their level of experience, expertise, and goals.
What does this support look like in practice?
We offer a structured training program that combines both technical expertise and the development of people skills.
Technical training sessions are often led by the firm’s experts. This allows them to share their knowledge, share best practices, and strengthen the quality of our expertise.
In addition, we offer soft skill training sessions led by external consultants, covering topics such as leadership and management, spoken communication, business development, and client relationship management.
These skills are essential in supporting our employees’ development towards positions of greater responsibility.
“Our goal is to empower every employee to development their skills, expand their expertise, and build a career path that suits them.”

Marie Aubertel
Training Supervisor
Do the employees have access to training sessions adapted to their needs?
Yes, we have a rich and varied training catalog available, covering technical, interpersonal, and managerial skills.
Every employee can find training sessions in line with their needs and career development goals.
We also provide English language training provided in-house by a dedicated coach to support our teams in an increasingly international professional environment.
Primexis is also recognized for its French CPA degree (DEC) support. Could you tell us more about it?
We were pioneers in implementing specific French CPA (DEC) degree support.
We know that this certification represents an important milestone in many of our employees’ careers.
This is why we wanted to create a program that enables them to prepare for it under the best conditions.

In concrete terms, how are DEC interns supported?
The interns benefit from personalized support from a professional coach, specifically for writing their thesis and preparing their defense.
We make sure that the training days and exam preparation are seamlessly integrated into their professional activities and degree preparation.
Lastly, the firm covers some of the cost associated with the DEC internship, providing concrete support throughout this demanding process.
What message would you like to give to future candidates?
At Primexis, we believe in everyone’s potential.
We are committed to providing our employees with an environment where they can learn, grow, and build a long-term career.
“Joining Primexis means joining a firm that is truly invested in its employees’ development and success.”
